Does Siena give off a smell when opened?

Compressed memory foam mattresses often give off a slightly chemical odor when opened, called off-gassing. We haven't found this to be a significant issue in Sienas (though off-gassing is 100% safe!). If you do notice a faint smell, open a window and it should fade relatively quickly.

How easy is it to return a Siena mattress?

Incredibly easy! All you have to do is get in touch with one of our agents via chat, email, or phone 1-844-973-4717. We'll arrange for your mattress to be collected, and process your refund. Fun fact: all returned Siena mattresses are donated to charity, giving the gift of better sleep to someone who needs it.

Do I have to pay to return my Siena mattress?

Siena returns are always free! If you paid an additional delivery charge at checkout (for those shipping to Hawaii or Alaska), that fee won't be included in your refund.

Do I need to keep any of Siena's packing materials in case I decide to return it?

You don't need to keep any packing materials in order to process a return. Thank goodness, since we don't think you'd be able to get your mattress back in the box!

What is the 180-night home trial?

When you buy a Siena mattress, you get 180 nights to decide if its the right one for you! Easy returns mean you don't have to think twice before giving things a shot. (We do recommend keeping your mattress for at least 30 days before initiating a return – adjusting to any new mattress can take some time.)

4 Reasons to love the Classic Adjustable Bundle

Independent Head & Foot Adjustability

What It Does?Customize comfort by adjusting your head and foot positions. Simply save your favorite positions.

Why It Helps?Allows you full control for the perfect setting you need. For a peaceful sleep, to help ease joining pain, back pain, reduce snoring or just simply to relax with a book or movie.

Anti-Snore Setting

What It Does?Slightly raises the head of the bed.

Why It Helps?Elevating the head can help open up airways to improve breathing, reducing snoring and the symptoms of sleep apnea. Hopefully leading to a more restful sleep for both the you and your partner.

Zero-Gravity & Back Support

What It Does? This NASA-inspired feature puts you in a Zero-Gravity positon, scientifically angled for comfort.

Why It Helps?Zero-gravity elevates the feet slightly above the head and can reduce pressure on the back by evenly distributing body weight, which can help relieve back pain and improve circulation. Zero-Gravity reduces pressure on your body & helps your spine to align to a neutral position.

Pick Your Height. We've Got Four.

What It Does? Our Adjustable Base comes with an 8" base leg plus 2" and 3" extenders — mix and match them to land at 8", 10", 11", or 13" off the ground.

Why It Helps?Everyone's bedroom setup is a little different, and one height doesn't fit all of them. Whether you're using a frame or going straight to the floor, our leg system gives you four real options to dial in exactly what works.
