Does Siena give off a smell when opened?

Compressed memory foam mattresses often give off a slightly chemical odor when opened, called off-gassing. We haven't found this to be a significant issue in Sienas (though off-gassing is 100% safe!). If you do notice a faint smell, open a window and it should fade relatively quickly.

How easy is it to return a Siena mattress?

Incredibly easy! All you have to do is get in touch with one of our agents via chat, email, or phone (1-855-913-1789). We'll arrange for your mattress to be collected, and process your refund.

Fun fact: all returned Siena mattresses are donated to charity, giving the gift of better sleep to someone who needs it.

Do I have to pay to return my Siena mattress?

Accepted Answer

Siena returns are always free! If you paid an additional delivery charge at checkout (for those shipping to Hawaii or Alaska), that fee won't be included in your refund.

Do I need to keep any of Siena's packing materials in case I decide to return it?

You don't need to keep any packing materials in order to process a return. Thank goodness, since we don't think you'd be able to get your mattress back in the box!

When you buy a Siena mattress, you get 180 nights to decide if its the right one for you! Easy returns mean you don't have to think twice before giving things a shot.

(We do recommend keeping your mattress for at least 30 days before initiating a return – adjusting to any new mattress can take some time.)
